Two In-Person Early Voting Locations Open Now Through Election Day
Early Voting in Downtown Chicago for the February 28, 2023 Municipal Election starts Thursday, January 26 for the below locations and times.
Supersite - 191 N. Clark St. — From January 26 through February 28
Weekdays: 9:00am- 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Election Day: 6:00am - 7:00pm (February 28)
*From February 20 through February 27 - Open Weekdays from 9:00am - 7:00pm

Kilbourn Park - 3501 N. Kilbourn Ave.
Portage Cragin Library - 5108 W. Belmont Ave.

How to Sign up and Vote By Mail for This Election
Voting by mail is proven to be secure, is tracked at every step and you will receive alerts via email on your request and your submitted ballot. You must have your application submitted by Thursday, February 23rd, 5pm cst.

Returning Your Ballot
The signed and sealed Ballot Return Envelope may be returned:
- through the U.S. Postal Service or a licensed courier, or
- in a Secured Drop Box at any Chicago Early Voting location before Election Day, or
- by personal delivery to the Election Board at 69 W. Washington, Sixth Floor
